Privacy Policy

The MBC Group, LLC ("MBC," "we," "us") operates mbcgroup.ai, app.mbcgroup.ai, and the Aiden OS platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Plain English, no burying the lede.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. Name, email, phone, company details, and anything you submit through contact forms, strategy-session bookings, or conversations with our team.

Client account data. If you're a client, the marketing accounts you connect to Aiden OS (Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile, analytics, CMS) and the campaign data inside them — used solely to run your engagement.

Usage data. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location from IP. Collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, operate and improve Aiden OS, send service communications, and — if you opt in — occasional marketing email you can unsubscribe from in one click. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client account data to train models for other customers.

3. AI processing

Aiden OS uses third-party AI model providers to draft and analyze marketing work. Client data sent to these providers is limited to what the task requires, transmitted under agreements that prohibit its use for model training, and every consequential output is gated behind human approval before it goes live.

4. When we share

With service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations; with ad and marketing platforms at your direction as part of your engagement; and when required by law. Never sold, never rented.

5. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires. Client platform connections are revocable by you at any time and are severed at the end of an engagement. We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access to client accounts.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including Colorado's CPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email information@mbcgroup.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle client data get notified directly.
