Service S/01 — Ecosystem Strategy
Most brands have channels. Few have a system that connects them.
Where your brand shows up, how each channel feeds the next, and the roadmap that makes the spend defensible. Built in weeks, not quarters, by the strategist who then runs it.

01 — The problem
Channels multiply. Strategy does not.
Most brands add channels one at a time, each for a good reason, each owned by a different person or vendor. Five years on there is a website, a newsletter, four social profiles, two ad accounts, and a content calendar, and no single document that says how they fit together or what each one is for.
The symptom leaders describe is a plateau. The cause is almost always that spending is spread across channels without a shared view of which ones move the business, so every budget conversation becomes a negotiation rather than a decision.
“Matt and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with and I could not recommend them more. They created a strategy to accomplish our vision in ways I could not have ever imagined.”
Tracy Davis — TRAX Analytics, Google review
02 — What we do
We map the ecosystem, then decide where to invest.
The work starts with an ecosystem audit: every place your brand shows up, who owns it, what it costs, what it sends people toward, and what it returns. The audit is written before any recommendation is made, and it lands in week one.
From there we write the plan: what we would run, in what order, and the exact monthly fee. AI does the research pulls and the drafting underneath; a senior strategist makes every call. You approve the plan before anything starts.
- ✓Ecosystem audit across web, content, search, social, email, and paid
- ✓Audience and positioning read, grounded in analytics and interviews
- ✓Channel roles: what each is for and what it hands to the next
- ✓Three roadmap options with investment, sequencing, and expected return
- ✓Measurement model that reports the ecosystem as one system
- ✓Strategy session to walk through the plan and agree the monthly number
03 — Deliverables
Six deliverables, yours to keep.
D/01
Ecosystem audit
Every channel mapped with owner, cost, message, and what it returns.
D/02
Positioning read
Where the brand stands with its audience today, and where the evidence says it could.
D/03
Channel roles
One page per channel: its job, its audience, and what it hands to the next.
D/04
Roadmap
What we would run, in what order, and why. Sent before the session, not presented at it.
D/05
Measurement model
The scoreboard that reports the whole system, not one channel.
D/06
The plan
The chosen path, the reasoning, the first ninety days, and the exact monthly fee.
04 — How it runs
One month to the plan. Then we run it.
- Month 1 · Weeks 1–2 Diagnosis Channel inventory, analytics pull, and a conversation with whoever owns a channel or a budget today.
- Month 1 · Weeks 3–4 Positioning & roadmap Audience and competitive read, channel roles set, and the roadmap with an exact monthly number. You approve it before anything starts.
- Month 2 Build The first wave of work across the channels you subscribe to. Output visible in week one of build, not month three.
- Ongoing Run & compound We keep running it. Monthly review against the targets set on day one; add, drop, or scale services any month.
05 — Who it suits
A good fit, and an honest one.
Works well when
- ✓Marketing spend has grown faster than clarity about what it returns
- ✓Leadership is about to approve a website, rebrand, or media budget
- ✓Two teams or vendors are each sure their channel is the priority
- ✓You can give us about thirty minutes a week in Slack
Works badly when
- –A single channel is clearly broken and just needs fixing — go straight to that service
- –The brand positioning has been decided elsewhere this quarter
- –Nobody can give us thirty minutes a week for approvals
- –The objective is a deck rather than a decision
