Service S/03 — Content Engine
Content made once, in one voice, working in every channel.

Arrange an introduction
01 — The problem
Most content is produced. Very little of it is planned.
A blog post is written for search. A carousel is made for Instagram. A newsletter is assembled on Thursday from whatever exists. Each piece is reasonable on its own; together they read as three different brands, and none of them builds on the last.
The symptom leaders describe is volume: never enough of it, and never sure what it did. The cause is that content is treated as output rather than as a system, so every channel starts from a blank page and nothing compounds.
“We’ve used MBC Group for marketing, SEO, and social media posting for several months now. Their responsiveness is amazing. They’ve built something special that doesn’t even compare to other companies.”
Justie Nicol — COLaw Team, Google review
02 — What we do
We build the engine, then run it for you.
The work starts with a content audit and a voice read: what exists, what performed, what the brand sounds like at its best, and where it drifts. From that we write the editorial spine, a small number of themes the brand has something to say about, and the formats each channel needs.
Then we run it. Content is planned monthly, produced once as a core piece, and adapted for each channel from the same source. AI does the drafting and adaptation; your strategist sets the angle, edits every piece, and nothing publishes without your approval.
- ✓Content audit: what exists, what performed, and what is missing
- ✓Voice and tone guide grounded in your best existing work
- ✓Editorial spine: themes, pillars, and the questions your audience is asking
- ✓Monthly plan with one core piece adapted per channel
- ✓Production: long-form, social, and email drafted with AI and edited by your strategist
- ✓Distribution and measurement across search, social, and email as one system

04 — How it runs
One month to build. Then monthly.
- Month 1 · Weeks 1–2 Audit & voice Content inventory, performance pull, and a read on what the brand sounds like at its best.
- Month 1 · Weeks 3–4 Editorial spine Themes and formats set; the first quarter planned and the monthly number agreed.
- Month 2 First cycle First core pieces produced and adapted per channel; distribution and measurement switched on.
- Ongoing Run & refine Plan, produce, distribute, review. Every piece approved by you in Slack before it publishes.
05 — Who it suits
A good fit, and an honest one.
Works well when
- ✓The brand has a point of view and no consistent place to express it
- ✓Three or more channels are each producing content independently
- ✓Search and social are treated as separate budgets with separate agencies
- ✓You can approve content in Slack within a week
Works badly when
- –The website cannot host long-form content well — start with S/02
- –Positioning is still open — start with S/01
- –Nobody can approve content within a week
- –The objective is volume rather than a system
