A solo bilingual Tampa realtor needed the marketing cadence of a full team. Instead of staffing it, we built it: an autonomous AI system that writes, illustrates, publishes, measures, and reports — every day, with compliance guardrails baked in.
The follow-up to our Tampa website rebuild: how MBC Group turned a finished website into a self-running growth operation for Estevez Realtor.

On July 24, a long-form blog article went live on a Tampa realtor's website — researched, written, optimized for both Google and AI search, illustrated with a custom brand graphic, deployed to production, and promoted with a bilingual Google Business Profile post. No human wrote a word of it, designed a pixel of it, or clicked publish. The system that did is the subject of this case study.
Our client is Yunior Estevez Rodriguez of Estevez Realtor (Agile Group Realty) — a top-rated bilingual real estate advisor in Tampa Bay, featured here with his permission. We'd already rebuilt his brand and website. This is the story of what we built next: a fully autonomous AI marketing operation that runs his growth playbook every day.
00 — Key Takeaways
A solo agent with a 5.0-star rating and a real differentiator — bilingual service — had zero organic presence: 0 of 21 target keywords in Google's top 20 at baseline.
The cadence local SEO actually requires (daily content, weekly measurement, relentless consistency) costs more in human hours than most solo professionals can pay. So we built the cadence as software.
A two-agent architecture — a monitor that senses and an executor that acts — writes, illustrates, deploys, publishes, measures, and reports on its own.
Autonomy is only safe with guardrails: Fair Housing compliance, photo-release gating, and verified-data-only rules are enforced on every run, not remembered by a person.
In week one the system shipped 7 fully optimized articles with custom illustrations and published its first end-to-end Google Business Profile post — verified live.
The measurement baseline has run since day one, so the 90-day results will be provable, not vibes.
Yunior is exactly the kind of professional traditional agencies underserve: a solo, top-rated realtor (5.0 stars, 12 closed sales in 12 months) whose genuine edge — fully bilingual English/Spanish service in one of America's fastest-growing Hispanic homebuying markets — was invisible online. At the June 30 baseline: 0 of 21 target keywords ranked in Google's top 20, eight Google reviews against established competitors, and two competing bilingual agents already owning the Spanish-language searches he should win.
The usual agency answer is a retainer that buys a few posts a month and a quarterly check-in. The math never works for a solo agent — the cadence that actually moves local search costs more in human hours than the client can pay. So we didn't staff the cadence. We built it.
Automation without strategy just produces noise faster. Before any agent existed, we designed a five-campaign organic portfolio around his real advantage:
Full-funnel logic: campaigns one and two pull audiences in, four converts, three proves, five humanizes. Zero ad spend.
System architecture: monitor agent senses rankings, health, reviews and leads; the campaign manager agent executes daily content, weekly reconciliation and monthly reporting; channels are the website, Google Business Profile, and reports
The operation runs as a two-agent architecture. The Monitor wakes first every morning and senses the world: keyword rankings checked at neighborhood-level geography, site health and SSL, new reviews, new listings, inbound leads. The Campaign Manager — the executor — then acts on what the monitor found, fully autonomously:
The blog index on estevezrealtor.com — every article carries a custom gold line-art illustration in the brand's visual language
Instead of stock photos, the agent composes an original gold line-art illustration for each article in the brand's visual language — authored as code, rendered to production imagery, and visually inspected before it ships. The same image becomes the article hero, the blog card, and the social-share preview.
Autonomy without constraints is a liability — especially in real estate. Every run enforces rules a human team member would have to remember; the agent cannot forget them:
A live article produced by the agent — TL;DR answer box, custom illustration, question-structured sections and FAQ
The honest timeline for organic search results is 90 days, and we publish the scorecard when it lands. But the operation itself was demonstrable within days:
Most “AI marketing” is a human using AI to make deliverables faster. This is a different thing: the deliverable is the operation itself — a system that senses, creates, publishes, measures, and reports on a cadence no retainer could sustain, with compliance baked in as hard constraints rather than good intentions.
For solo professionals and small businesses, that flips the economics of serious local SEO. The consistency that used to require a full-time hire now runs as infrastructure — and the humans spend their time where they're irreplaceable: strategy, relationships, and closings.
