GBPBusiness Profile aligned with the site: schema and NAP

A full-service, bilingual real estate advisor on the Tampa–Orlando corridor with a polished brand and a 5.0-star Google rating — and a website that could not be found.

On paper Yunior Estevez had everything a buyer or seller wants: strong agent, genuinely client-first, top reviews. In practice the leads arrived through the portals, on their terms, because the site and the Google Business Profile did not agree with each other and neither spoke to how people in Tampa actually search.

The Spanish version of the site was a label, not a site. Google and the AI answer engines saw a thin, unrendered page.

Discovery

The Business Profile audit showed the gap first: categories, name and address that did not match the site, reviews nobody could find from a search result. Then the crawl: the site was invisible to Google and to AI search because the important content never rendered for a crawler.

What we did

A luxury rebuild with true EN/ES architecture — every page exists in both languages with its own URL, its own copy and its own schema.

Dedicated landing pages for each neighborhood and each service, so a search for a place or a need lands on a page about exactly that.

Google Business Profile wired to the site: schema and NAP aligned, the 5.0★ reviews pulled onto the pages where a visitor is deciding whether to call.

Rendered for crawlers so Google and the answer engines read the whole site.

  • True EN/ES site architecture
  • Neighborhood and service landing pages
  • Schema and NAP alignment with Google Business Profile
  • Reviews surfaced at the decision points
  • Crawler-rendered for Google and AI search

The outcome

A portal-dependent agent became his own lead engine: one site, in both languages, that Google can read and buyers can act on. The full write-up of the rebuild is on the Insights page.

“The site and the Business Profile had to tell Google the same story before either could bring in a lead.”
