The rules we follow.
In the US, the CAN-SPAM Act sets rules for commercial email. The ones that matter most: accurate sender details, honest subject lines, a clear note that the message is an ad, your real postal address, a working way to opt out, and honoring opt-outs within 10 business days. You stay responsible even when someone else sends on your behalf, so we build each of these into the draft and the sending setup.
Approval rule.
"Approve outbound email" is a setting in onboarding. Replies and outreach wait for your sign-off.
Questions
How many emails will go out?
Volume depends on your offer and your sending setup.
Will it hurt my domain?
Sending practices affect deliverability. We set up sending carefully and keep volume reasonable. We can't promise inbox placement.
Who answers replies?
A person, not an agent.
Do you guarantee meetings?
No.
